So I can’t believe this but Ellen’s trunk
of dreams is about to come to an end.>>Hallelujah!>>Over the past two weeks,
our favorite Canadian twins, Sylvia and Chantelle, have travelled across the
country with our trunk of dreams winners, Demetra and LaDonna,
in an all new Chevy Malibu. Their surprised fans and
help people’s dreams come true and here’s some of what’s happened. [MUSIC] Earlier this week we kicked
off Ellen’s Trunk of Dreams. [MUSIC] Every time I forget. We have asked viewers to write in and tell
us why they should be the one to surprise deserving fans across the country and
we narrowed it down to two. You’d like to meet your drivers probably,
>>Aah!>>Say one thing that
we’re feeling right now.>>Pure bliss.
>>Crazy excited.>>Aah! [MUSIC]>>Here in Vegas I wanna give
someone one chance to win big, so they’re gonna play no or
go on the Vegas strip. So, Dmitra,
this is your first time in Vegas. You’ve never been before?>>No, Ellen,
I’ve never been to Vegas before. And this morning I ate a pancake
that was the size of a pizza. [APPLAUSE]
>>That’s the American dream. [SOUND] I would like Chantal and Sylvie
to show you what you’re playing for. [APPLAUSE] Aah!>>Aah!>>My god. Aah!
>>You win Donna. That’s your brand new 2016 Chevy Malibu.>>Aah!>>My god, we had so much fun.>>They’re so
>>Aah! [MUSIC]>>Now they’re in Atlanta, Georgia, and we’re about to surprise a viewer who
wrote in to our Trunk of Dreams contest.>>Hello?
>>Aah!>>Aah! Aah!>>Aidan, you’re gonna go to
Georgia Southern University?>>Yes, ma’am.
>>And I know that your mom’s been stressing
out over paying for tuition. $25,000, that’ll help out.>>[APPLAUSE]
>>So another dream is to take your entire
family to Hawaii, so we want to send you.>>[APPLAUSE]
>>To get you excited.>>[APPLAUSE] [MUSIC]>>We are here in Kansas City, Missouri
because we’re gonna be surprising Alisa and she wants nothing more than to
come to a show for her 40th birthday.>>I notice you guys requested
16 tickets to come to the show, unfortunately parties are five or
more I cannot authorize so I’m going to have to ask my supervisor. [MUSIC]>>What is the request? Sylvie and Chantal can you hand
in the birthday present please.>>My god you guys sent me this.>>Aah!
>>We’re gonna fly all 16 of you to Los Angeles.>>Aah!
>>Hi, are you having a fun day with Daddy?>>Yes, are you in Georgia?>>I’m in Chicago. [MUSIC]>>Welcome to my hometown in Chicago. This is beautiful Millennium Park. [MUSIC] I realized this recently when I
accidentally looked into one of those mirrors that magnify your face
to 500 times its actually size.>>Yeah, yep.
>>Porsh and I had one in our shower. I never look in it because it’s usually
blocked by the person who washes me. For some reason [LAUGH] I
looked in it one day and lordy. [MUSIC]>>More cheese, more cheese please. [MUSIC]
[APPLAUSE] Ellen’s road trip has been incredible.>>We’ve had the time of our lives. Thank you so much. Thank you, we love you. Aah!
>>Aah!>>[APPLAUSE]>>Well, so today, we have a little surprise for them, but let’s check in and
see where they are right now. Hi everybody. Where are you.>>Hi Ellen. Aah!>>Aah!>>We’re going to Route 33. Aah!
>>We will, we’re heading back to you right now. [SOUND]
>>All right, so drive safe and we’ll see you just in a few minutes and
we have a little surprise for you. We’ll see in a minute, okay?>>Can’t wait to see you.. All right.
>>Bye, wow 6,000 miles you’ve
traveled that’s impressive. What is your if there’s a favorite
moment what is your favorite moment?>>My God Ellen this trip
has been such a blast but I would have to say my favorite part was
only went line dancing in Dallas Texas.>>Yeah.
>>And the girls were dress up in their cowgirl costumes. [LAUGH]
>>I saw that.>>And it was sso funny we could
not stop laughing the whole night.>>[LAUGH]
>>It was hysterical. [LAUGH]
>>That’s fantastic, I loved that you two
didn’t know each other. We surprised you and sent you together and
with our favorite twins and what was your favorite part?>>My favorite was probably all of it,
was my favorite, but my most favorite was surprising the two ladies at their door,
the crew and everyone, it was amazing.>>Isn’t it fun to make people happy and
see them smile?>>And when they see you and
we all scream, it’s just amazing.>>It’s great, and what was, I think I
would know, but what is the hardest part.>>Well the hardest part for
me was definitely leaving my mom. We had a rough last year,
you know my father passed away. So we’ve literally been together every
single minute of every single day. So leaving her was definitely
the hardest part for me, yeah.>>Leaving my baby boy, but
I would do anything for you Ellen.>>Aww.
>>Anything, it was rough leaving him.>>You’re sweet.>>But the support system we all had,
I couldn’t have made it without them.>>And I’m sure your family is also.>>Definitely missing our families and
we’re so close with our husbands and we’re home everyday with our kids so
leaving them. For that length of time was hard. But we got to talk to them and FaceTime
with them almost every single day.>>And what an experience that
you have to share with them, to tell them all about it.>>Exactly it was worth it.>>Let’s tell them about it okay?>>Okay.
>>Jeanie.>>[APPLAUSE] [MUSIC] [LAUGH] I don’t want you to fall off. Don’t fall backwards, don’t fall backwards.
Careful of the step there, okay careful
[MUSIC]. You’re right on the edge of the step. All right, I’m wanna thank Chevy who sent all of us the trunk of
dreams road trip in their 2016 Chevy Malibu.
We’ll be back.
Thank you. [MUSIC]
