Hi I am Abraham Chege, a mixologist at the
Nairobi Safari Club. In our cocktail series today, we are going
to make a cocktail known as Safari Espresso Martini. You use Tia Mara 1 and 1/2 parts, Creme de
Cassis1 part, Vodka orange 1 part and 1 part of Espesso coffee. First we chill our glass, then we mix our
ingredients in our shaker, Tia Marie, 1 part Creme de Cassis, Vodka Orange 1 part, 1 part
of Espresso, add some ice. We shake our cocktail vigorously, then we
pour our cocktail into the glass. We garnish with some coffee beans. That is our Safari Espresso Martini, Welcome.
