There are tigers, hippos, crocodiles around us and we are just walking. And hyenas. Wake up, brush your teeth and let`s hit the road. Get up! Get up! The second day, which is the Christmas day. They are probably celebrating here too and we’ve just been wondering what is this guy talking about. He’s been speaking constantly for about half an hour with such a freestyle flow. Talking all the time… Filip went for breakfast but I didn’t unfortunately,
because we booked a room with only one breakfast, because we are being a bit stingy. He brought me a sandwich.
I don`t know what it is. Scrambled eggs. Scrambled eggs on bread. Something was stinging us at night. So I had to get up and put this thing down on us. A mosquito net. And we are moving on. Cheers! We are on a bus to Narok. It took us some time to find the place from where the bus is departing. No, we don`t want. These people are chasing us all the time trying to sell us something, some drinks or some food. It happened once that they grabbed Klaudia’s hand, trying to get her ring off. It is better not to wear anything on your fingers. Then I told them no touching and they started to sneer. But I showed them my biceps and they chilled down. But generally people are nice here. Very helpful. And when we were asking for the directions they didn`t try to persuade us to get into some random bus but they were telling us the name of the place. And it turned out that these were correct directions. They even showed us the way. They are nice telling us ‘Merry Christmas’ all the time. Okay, we have to finish, cuz people are gathering up. We will depart when the bus is full or even overloaded. We are in Narok. And we will do some shopping here and then move on. To a Safari! Cows are walking alone again. She will kick you! We are going by car with our friends. These guys, you saw, who we were traveling with took us to this place
and they told us that most probably there will be no cars here. Cuz this is Christmas, everybody is celebrating nobody is driving anywhere. And we might catch some car or we might not. There is a car approaching so we will try this one. We didn`t catch it. There is another one! There was a turn ahead… I think the guy was just a poor driver, he didn’t manage it. I think it was possible to drive there safely even with higher speed. The guy went: ‘Slow down! Slow down!’. He was speeding, that’s for sure! If he simply went straight ahead it would be OK… The left wheel was on a different surface, the right one on asphalt… The roads here are treacherous. We are sitting in a restaurant next to our tent. It is nice atmosphere here. It’s like we were on a Safari… we are in Africa! Look at this tree there, it looks cool. It looks like in ‘Lion King’! We did not sleep well… It was very windy. It is still windy but not as much as before… We will be looking for some transport
for the Safari in a minute. We’ve already seen the Lion King. Pumba, Melman, And we are going to see ‘Moto Moto’! We’ve arrived in a place where there are hippos. It is hard to count them,
but there is about 15 or 20 of them. They are resurfacing their heads to take a breath and you can hear their sighs. I don`t know if you can hear it… They are huge! Awesome, isn’t it? A Boxing Day with hippos. We are back from the Safari. We paid little money but it turned out our driver bypassed the main gate on his way back, and didn`t pay but he bypassed through some villages and he took all the money for himself probably. And here… We’ve ordered a chicken so that was our meal probably…
